Look for the building northeast of the Clement Academy logo. Enter and find the Occult Club room in the middle, marked by a large purple rug. Speak to the Occult Club Student and select “About Cheese”. He will give you a lesson and ask you to find him at different locations.
Occult Club Student Location 1: Bleachers / Sports Field
Advance the in-game time if needed. Go to the football field bleachers (gallery section).
Talk to the student again, select “About Cheese…”, and choose the correct answer: “Time Stop”.

Next, head to the rooftop (often above a brick building or near where you find certain Peepy collectibles). You may need to climb and float between buildings.

For the final test, go to the basketball court (usually the next morning or after waiting).
